There was a small silent film theater on the main street before the rides and I wandered in and got transfixed by this film. I passed up valuable ride time to watch it. If you can do that to a 10 year old, you have film magic. I watched this movie for the first time tonight, and I don't regret it.
It's 91 years old now, yet it feels so modern: from the camera angles to the acting, this movie doesn't show it's age. It trully deserves 5 stars, no less.
